One of my favorite dishes

Hamburger and Cabbage Over Rice

We had this for lunch today, and the kids gobbled it up.

1 pound ground beef
1 head of cabbage shredded
2 carrots shredded
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
a dash of salt
a little pepper
a pot of cooked rice
and soy sauce

Brown and drain the ground beef, add the cabbage and carrots and cook until tender, add seasonings to your liking, and then serve hot over fresh steamed rice. We like to then add soy sauce to our bowl, and yum.
