Do you mean rnd 28, not rnd 21 as in the pattern?

Can you tell me the approximate measurements of the bag? Just width x heighth. Thank you.
I seem to not remember how to read patterns or else I'm doing something terribly wrong. (It has been years since I have crocheted!) When I get to about row 4 I am getting ruffles...is this correct? Please advise! Thanks!
I attempted this tonight for my friend. She loves cupcakes. Somehow I managed to only do 4 rows of the top instead of 8 with the beads. I think I got a little bit ahead of myself. I got it done in 3 hours, while watching my favorite TV show. I'm sure anyone can take on this as a day project!
I never saw your answer to Barb's Blurbs. I crochet all the time and I am getting the ruffles at row 4 also. Am I reading your instructions wrong or is this correct to have the ruffles and not make it around to the beginning stitch?
I am also have the same problem with row 4 ruffling already. Is it suppose to ruffle so soon? Thanks
At the end of round 4 you should have ONLY 24 stitches. Here's how you get there. Mark the end of the first rows 6sc, work round 2 with 2 sc in each of the first 6 so you end round 2 with 12 sc, marker here, I use a short piece of contrasting color yarn. Rd 3 is 1 sc in first sc then 2 sc in next 1 sc, then 1 sc in 1 sc, so you have increased to 18 sc in rd 3, place marker, rd 4 1 sc in each of first 2 sc, then 2 sc in next one sc. then you will have 24 sc, you are increasing 6 sc in each row, by putting one more sc between each sc increase.
