Menu...example of what I'm going to be eating.

A 3 DAY MENU EXAMPE
This is my meal plan for the next 3 days.

Items marked with * will have recipe to follow at some point in time.

Day 1
7am
Breakfast
1 packet plain instant oatmeal, 1 boiled egg, 1 cup cantaloupe

10am

Snack
1 container Yoplait fat free yogurt mixed with ½ cup cottage cheese

12:20pm

Lunch
4oz grilled chicken over a green salad with lots of fresh raw veggies, lemon juice for dressing, ½ a toasted whole wheat pita pocket, and a 1 cup of grapes and strawberries.
3:00pm
Snack
1 medium apple cut up, 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter
6:00pm
Dinner
*chicken parmesan, salad with fat free Italian dressing

8:30pm

Snack (optional)
1 cup sliced strawberries, with a handful of cocoa roasted almonds, and a squirt of fat free whipped topping..omg this is sinfully good.


Day 2
7am
Breakfast
3 egg whites, salsa, and lettuce in a small whole wheat tortilla, 1 cup cantaloupe

10am

Snack
1 container Yoplait fat free yogurt mixed with ½ cup cottage cheese

12:20pm

Lunch
½ can of tuna fish, lettuce, tomato, lemon juice, in a whole what pita pocket, 1 cup of grapes, crystal light drink.
3:00pm
Snack
1 medium apple cut up, 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter
6:00pm
Dinner
*made over meatloaf, roasted potatoes and veggies, salad
8:30pm
Snack
1 medium orange, ¼ cup of raw almonds


Day 3
7am
Breakfast
2cups multi grain cheerios with milk, sliced banana on top, 1 boiled egg.

10am

Snack
A large handful of celery and carrot sticks, *homemade hummus dip
12:20pm
Lunch
*Easy Chicken Ranch Pita, 1 cup of fresh fruit.
3:00pm
Snack
1 medium apple cut up, 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter
6:00pm
Dinner
*cowboy stew (my 7 year old fave) cornbread, salad
8:30pm
Snack (optional)
1 cup sugar free jello with sliced strawberries on top and fat free whipped topping.
