Today we purchased an electric corn dog maker. I just love kitchen gadgets, and this one is a keeper. It was allot of fun, the kids had a blast, and the end product was pretty good. I myself do not really like hot dogs, but I like the fact that these are not deep fried, and the kids loved em.
I recommend this little machine, for only $20 it's good fun.
Next time however we won't use the sticks and we are going to stuff them with something other than corn dogs. I'm thinking chunks of ham and cheese, a piece of string cheese, and even chicken and broccoli, then pair them with a dipping sauce for each. You could also fill them with cake batter and make your own homemade twinkies.
