Apricot Pineapple Glaze for Ham

I made the most wonderful ham this week. I had to share the recipe for the glaze. 

1cup of apricot pineapple preserves
 (this was homemade so if you don't have that available you could easily use apricot, pineapple, or peach from the store. They would all produce a great result)

1/8 cup honey

3 tablespoons of hot mustard.

Mix it all together in a bowl and pour half over ham. Score ham in diamond pattern. 
Bake ham with 1 cup of water in a dish at 250 degrees for 2 hours, 
baste with remaining mixture and bake for another hour.
