Easy Spinach Lasagna

Mmmmmmmmmm.....Lasagna, layer after layer of cheesy goodness, sweet tomatoes, and savory seasonings. It's just good food. Today we had a really nice spinach lasagna for dinner. It was so good I thought I'd better share it.

You Will Need:
1 large package lasagna noodles
1 large container ricotta cheese
3 eggs
4 cups mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 packet dry italian dressing mix
1 jar of you favorite spaghetti sauce
1 package frozen chopped spinach (drained)

Cook noodles according to package directions, and set aside. Combine ricotta, 4 cups mozzarella, parmesan, spinach, eggs, and italian dressing mix (mix well).

Spread 1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce on bottom of a 13x9 pan. Layer noodles, sauce, and cheese mixture. Continue layering in this order until you can't anymore. Try to end your layering with a cheese layer. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese on top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 mins at 400 degrees. Remove foil and let cook another 10 mins or until cheese is browned slightly. Remove from oven and let sit for 15 minutes before serving.
